The Beginners/Improvers class is great for those new to yoga or those looking to sharpen their skills. These classes, held in the relaxing studio on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:00 PM, focus on alignment, relaxation, and easing tension. After the session, there's coffee, cake, and a chat surrounded by nature—perfect for body and soul. ☕🍰✨
Currently, The Yoga Garden is also offering online classes. The Beginners/Improvers online sessions allow folks to continue their practice from home. Andra hosts these Zoom classes on Mondays at 4 PM and Wednesdays at 10:30 AM, giving flexibility to fit into different schedules.
Feel Good Fridays is another fantastic online option open to everyone. Starting at 10:30 AM, this class offers a balanced practice with an emphasis on breathing and safe alignment. Expect flowing sequences and alternative poses as needed—a wonderful way to wrap up the week on a high note.
