For class-goers, Vicky advises wearing comfy clothes like leggings or joggers. While mats are provided, you’re welcome to bring your own, along with a blanket and any personal yoga props. Parent & baby classes require a blanket for the baby.

Current group classes at The Yoga Bird include Yoga Shred at Christ The King Church Hall in Bradley Stoke (Tuesdays at 9:30 am), followed by Parent & Baby (10:40 am) and Beginners Yoga (11:30 am). There's another Yoga Shred session at Ridgewood Community Centre in Yate at 6:45 pm. Also, don’t miss the Menopause Yoga Workshops in Charfield on select Saturdays from 9 am to midday.
