Lisa Maniatis, founder of The Yoga Being, extends a warm invitation to the sports community in Gosport. With a keen interest in yoga and personal development, Lisa has spent the last fifteen years immersing herself in these areas.
Lisa’s journey began at an Ashram, where she earned her 500-hour teaching qualification. Her training spanned four different countries, each contributing a unique perspective to her practice. She also became a qualified yoga therapist through Swara Yoga.
In addition to yoga, Lisa recognised the significance of a holistic approach to personal growth and trained with Animas to become a certified life coach. Over the past decade, she has integrated these coaching skills into her yoga business, assisting people in overcoming life's challenges.
Lisa’s personal experiences have shaped her into a compassionate and determined individual, driving her dedication to improving lives through yoga and coaching. At The Yoga Being, she offers various services to support wellness and self-discovery. These include weekly yoga classes, one-on-one sessions, and yoga therapy tailored to individual needs.
