The Welcome Mat Ltd. is a welcoming and inclusive yoga studio located in Wainwright. We are thrilled to invite you to join us in our studio, where we offer a diverse range of yoga classes and styles, including hot yoga, childrens yoga, beginners, athletes, and traditional practices. Why practice yoga? Yoga offers a multitude of benefits including increased flexibility, muscle tone, and strength, stress and anxiety management, improved mental health, better circulatory and cardio health, improved sleep, increased energy levels, enhanced athletic performance, reduced injuries, detoxification, improved posture, relief from chronic pain, relaxation, and much more.

At The Welcome Mat, all you need to do yoga is your body! Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or new to yoga, we provide a safe and fun environment for you to explore the practice. For each class, all you need to bring is your water bottle, mat, and a towel (if desired for hot classes). We recommend wearing comfortable clothing made of breathable fabrics that are not too loose.

Mat rentals are available, but we encourage students to have their own mats and towels for sanitary purposes and comfort.
