At The Welcome Mat, all you need to do yoga is your body! Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or new to yoga, we provide a safe and fun environment for you to explore the practice. For each class, all you need to bring is your water bottle, mat, and a towel (if desired for hot classes). We recommend wearing comfortable clothing made of breathable fabrics that are not too loose.
Mat rentals are available, but we encourage students to have their own mats and towels for sanitary purposes and comfort.
