Need a bit of privacy? There’s a special private area just for females and non-binary folks to build confidence at their own pace. And for group fun, check out our hi-tech studios for exercise classes and spinning.

Louis and his team - Head Coach Alex Quinn and Personal Trainers Rachel and Rachel - are experts ready to help you succeed. They’ve also got a cool fitness app for members, loaded with tools to keep you on track.
