Led by the visionary duo of Rachael Staples and Helen Grey, The Temple of Light is dedicated to guiding individuals towards their highest potential. Rachael, an Elven Rose Elder and Pure Channel of Source Light, channels celestial wisdom and ancient teachings to awaken the soul's remembrance and healing. Helen, a passionate soul alchemist, weaves together magickal practises and starlight transmissions to facilitate deep transformation.

Within the walls of The Temple of Light, a rich array of classes, workshops, retreats, and events await. The Monday Soulful Movement sessions from 9am to 10:15am and 10:45am to 12pm, as well as the Tuesday Soulful Movement session from 7pm to 8:15pm, offer participants the opportunity to connect with their bodies through mindful movement and breath work. These sessions provide a sacred space for individuals to restore balance and harmony within themselves.

For those seeking a deeper immersion in spiritual growth, The Temple of Light also offers The Sanctuary Sessions. Located in their beautiful studio, nestled in the heart of Great Hatfield, East Yorkshire, these sessions invite participants to experience the potent healing energies of the rose lineage. Guided by Helen's crystalline sound waves and starlight transmissions, individuals are supported in their journey towards alignment with their divine path.
