Davies, Co-Founder and Trainer. View fullsize Jay has always been involved in sports and fitness. Growing up, he played rugby and cricket, and later transitioned into competitive bodybuilding. He has a deep understanding and passion for strength and conditioning, and has been involved in the fitness industry for over 10 years.
Jay is a qualified Cert III and Cert IV Elite Personal Trainer with expertise in strength training, functional movement, and injury prevention. He also has experience in coaching and has a genuine love for helping others achieve their fitness goals. Jay is dedicated to creating challenging and enjoyable training sessions for all fitness levels. He believes that training should be a positive and empowering experience, and he strives to create a supportive and inclusive environment in The Squad Co.
