He has a deep understanding and passion for strength and conditioning, and has been involved in the fitness industry for over 10 years.
Jay is a qualified Cert III and Cert IV Elite Personal Trainer with expertise in strength training, functional movement, and injury prevention. He also has experience in coaching and has a genuine love for helping others achieve their fitness goals. Jay is dedicated to creating challenging and enjoyable training sessions for all fitness levels.
