Sally Roberts leads their physio treatments, sorting out pain and injuries with real know-how. Fancy trying acupuncture? They've got that too. Whether you need advice on better movement or targeted treatment, they’ve got you covered.
They offer different session types: 60-minute private ones, shared sessions with a mate, or quick 30-minute slots. Their Pilates studios are fully kitted out and the perfect spot to hit your fitness goals.

After your session, they’ll send an email invoice. Most folks pay by bank transfer, but they also take cash or cheques addressed to 'Studio Classes'. Just give them at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel.
Prices? For a session with Sally, it starts at 65. Pilates sessions range from 45 for private to 52 for shared ones, and 25 for 30-minute slots.
