With over 20 years of experience, Head Coach Nick Foot leads the team with his extensive knowledge and expertise. Holding a fifth-degree black belt in ju-jutsu and black belts in three other martial arts, along with coaching certification in various modern self-defence systems, Nick is a highly respected figure in the martial arts community.

For children aged between 5 to 10 years old, the Nine Inch Ninjas class focuses on teaching self-defence, ju-jutsu, and kickboxing. This 60-minute class is designed to develop fitness levels and build confidence in young children.

The Hybrid Ju-Jutsu class is a modern system of self-defence that incorporates proven techniques used by the samurai. Students learn methods of control and defence for any situation, equipping them with valuable skills to protect themselves.

Teenagers and adults can join the FMA Kick-Boxing class, which offers a hybrid method of stand-up fighting. Combining elements from boxing, kickboxing, Thai boxing, and Jeet Kune Do (JKD), this class provides an effective system suitable for self-defence or sport.

For those interested in the art of intercepting fist, the JKD and Kali Concepts class is a blend of styles originating from the late Bruce Lee and Guru Dan Inosanto. Students learn various self-defence techniques and concepts, gaining valuable knowledge in this art form.
