Cher Robins, also a Chief Instructor, is an accomplished practitioner and teacher of tai chi. Her journey into martial arts began in childhood, and she eventually found herself immersed in the practise of tai chi after a battle with ME/CFS. Cher's passion lies in exploring the internal energies and qualities of tai chi. As a secondary school teacher, she enjoys sharing her passion with students and witnessing their confidence and growth in their tai chi practise.
