Through profound experiences, Simon realised that Tai Chi was not just a fitness tool but a wisdom journey.
Cher Robins, also a Chief Instructor, has been practising Tai Chi since 2003. As a former athlete who had to overcome a long period of illness, Cher's passion lies in exploring the internal qualities and energies of the body that facilitate fluid and effortless movements in Tai Chi. Cher's background as a secondary school teacher naturally led her to teaching Tai Chi, where she focuses on helping students build confidence in their bodies, develop strong and supple movements, and cultivate a deep appreciation for this beautiful art.
