Welcome to The Radiant Hand, a yoga and complimentary lifestyle centre located in Tooting, London. The Radiant Hand is dedicated to upholding the traditional values of yoga in a way that can be embraced by Western culture. Here, you will find a variety of yoga classes, retreats, courses, and therapies that aim to inspire and support your physical and spiritual growth.
At The Radiant Hand, we offer a wide range of yoga classes suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Our classes cater to adults, children, and parents with babies. Currently, most of our classes are held both in-studio and online simultaneously, allowing for flexibility and accessibility. In addition to yoga classes, we also provide fabulous retreats, corporate yoga sessions, yoga in schools, as well as physiotherapy and massage services.

When you come to The Radiant Hand, you will experience yoga that is inspired by our lineage passed down by Sri K. S. Coburg, who studied the traditional discipline of Hatha Yoga with his Guruji. Our lineage forms the foundation of all teachings at The Radiant Hand, transforming the lives of all who study with us.
While the emphasis on yoga in the West often centres around the physical aspect, our classes embody the traditions of yoga and uphold values such as unconditional love, compassion, and kindness. Our teachers emphasise that yoga goes beyond asanas (postures) and encompasses practises such as karma yoga, ahimsa (non-violence), pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, chanting, and the study of the self and ancient texts.
We invite you to experience our lineage in action by attending our classes, joining a course, participating in a retreat, or booking a massage or physiotherapy session. Our aim is to create a nurturing and supportive environment where you can explore and deepen your yoga practise.
