Unlike regular gyms that can feel impersonal or expensive personal trainers who lack community support, our group training sessions provide a holistic and scientific approach in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Located in the charming suburb of Yarraville, The Project is housed in a renovated early 1900s warehouse space. We have maintained the unique charm of the building, including exposed brick walls, aged glass, and exposed rafters, while creating dedicated areas for stretching, strength training, cardio workouts, and relaxation.
Our gym is equipped with top-of-the-range equipment that caters to a wide range of fitness needs, ensuring that you have everything you need to achieve your goals. In addition, we have added personal touches to make you feel at home and comfortable, such as showers, fans and heaters, free parking, a library of health books, and an abundance of plants.
