In my private lessons, I use specialist Pilates equipment to enhance your workout. This includes apparatus such as the Reformer, Cadillac, and Wunda Chair, which provide added resistance and support to challenge and strengthen your muscles in a controlled and safe way. These sessions are great for targeting specific areas of the body, improving posture, and increasing flexibility.
In addition to private lessons, I also offer a weekly schedule of group mat classes. These classes are suitable for all abilities, from beginners to experienced practitioners. In a group setting, you have the opportunity to connect with others who have similar fitness goals and encourage each other on your Pilates journey.
My aim is to create a fun, friendly, and welcoming environment in which you can build your strength and flexibility. I provide modifications and variations for exercises to cater to different levels of fitness and ensure that everyone feels supported and challenged in the class.
Hi, I'm Ali, the founder and instructor at The Pilates Room Wells. I first became interested in Pilates when my dad was advised to take it up to help manage his persistent back pain. Witnessing the tremendous benefits he gained from practising Pilates sparked my passion for this form of exercise.
I am a certified Pilates instructor with years of experience working with clients of all ages and fitness levels. I am dedicated to helping my clients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being through Pilates. My approach is focused on building confidence, celebrating individual progress, and creating a positive and enjoyable experience.
