Bec strives to create a supportive and welcoming environment in her studio and is dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals and feel their best through Pilates. She is passionate about strengthening the body, improving posture, increasing flexibility, and boosting overall health and well-being.
The Pilates House offers a variety of classes that cater to different schedules. The studio's timetable includes classes on Wednesdays from 6:45-7:30 pm and Saturdays from 8:30-9:15 am. As classes are limited to six people, it is recommended to book in advance to secure a spot.
