Danni's passion for Pilates developed in 2013 after experiencing a back injury while performing in a professional musical theatre production. Her physiotherapist recommended Pilates as a reliable, low impact form of resistance-based rehabilitation. Pilates helped Danni regain strength and mobility in the areas affected by the injury and became an integral part of her daily conditioning programme.
Danni's favourite style of Pilates to teach is Athletic Pilates. She focuses on creating classes that flow seamlessly, minimising rest time, and incorporates upbeat music to match the class theme. She enjoys raising the heat and watching her clients reach their true potential. Additionally, Danni loves teaching calm and controlled Stretch and Tone classes, with a soothing acoustic soundtrack playing in the background, allowing clients to tune in with their bodies.

Clients are made to feel like they are part of a family and are encouraged to reach their individual goals in a safe space.
