At Oasis Gym, we understand the importance of variety in your workouts. That's why we offer a wide range of fitness classes in our large air-conditioned studio. With a minimum of 28 classes per week, each designed with specific fitness goals in mind, there is something for everyone. From core strength and weight loss to flexibility and stress reduction, our classes cater to diverse needs.

Members enjoy free access to our classes, while non-members can attend for a nominal fee of 6 per class.

For those seeking relaxation and rejuvenation, our luxury pool, sauna, steam room, and Jacuzzi are perfect destinations. Our 14. 5m by 11. 5m pool features 5 bookable lanes, ensuring a spacious and uninterrupted swimming experience.

The pool is 4ft deep throughout, making it ideal for low-impact cardiovascular fitness classes. After a workout, members can unwind and destress in our spa facilities, reaping the benefits of a Jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room.

Mind, Body, and Soul at Oasis are dedicated to helping you unwind and pamper yourself. Our beauty and well-being services include facials, massages, waxing, and spray tans. After your treatment, relax in our Hideaway relaxation room, where tranquilly abounds.

We utilise Tanita scales, which provide comprehensive body analysis, including body fat percentage, hydration levels, and muscle mass.
