In addition to regular classes, The Nest Yoga also offers an Energy Exchange program for those looking to become more involved in the community in exchange for free yoga. This program requires a commitment of 3 hours per week.

To ensure a smooth experience for all students, The Nest Yoga has clear guidelines for arriving to class on time. Members are asked to line up behind markers on the floor prior to the start of class and cheque in with front desk staff to avoid any no-show fees.
