No-show fee, which we want to avoid! Bring your own mat, water, and towel, or rent/purchase these items from our front desk. Our studio doors close promptly at the start of class to minimize interruptions, so please arrive on time. If you need to leave early, please inform your instructor before class begins.

We encourage you to listen to your body and modify as needed during class. Our instructors are here to support you on your yoga journey.
