At The Natural Health Centre in Leeds, you can expect a warm and welcoming environment where your well-being is our priority. Established in 1998, we were the first osteopathic clinic in Leeds city centre and have since helped thousands of people improve their health and quality of life.
Led by Sarah Izzard, our team of experienced osteopaths take the time to understand your body and its unique needs. In January 2017, The Natural Health Centre expanded into bigger premises, allowing us to offer more comprehensive services. We now offer both osteopathy and Iyengar yoga classes at our two locations: Kilkenny House and The Haven. Our Iyengar yoga classes, taught in small groups, will help you become strong, balanced, flexible, focused, and calm benefiting your overall mental, physical, and emotional well-being.
When it comes to osteopathy, we can treat a wide range of conditions including back pain, neck and shoulder pain, frozen shoulder, sports and work-related injuries, arthritic pain, joint pain, pain arising from pregnancy, muscle tension, sciatica, and neuralgia. Our osteopaths are always ready to discuss with you whether osteopathy can help with your specific symptoms.
We understand that affordability is important, which is why our osteopathy pricing is fair and transparent. Your first consultation, which lasts 45 minutes, is priced at 48. All subsequent treatments, which last 30 minutes, are priced at 45. For babies and children, our pricing is 35.
Members of Simply Health can also redeem a percentage of the fee. Additionally, members of private health groups such as BUPA and AXA PPP may be eligible to claim for treatment. Please check with your health insurance provider for the exact amount you can claim.
