The founder of The Mothers Recharge is a trained level 1 yoga teacher, with a specialisation in pregnancy and postpartum yoga. With a passion for studying and self-discovery, she holds a bachelor's degree in education, a certificate in children's services, and certifications in baby wearing and as a Women's Circle Facilitator. Moreover, she is currently pursuing a diploma in counselling and a women's anatomy and hormone wellness course.
The founder's journey with yoga began during a particularly busy period in her life, balancing motherhood, education, work, and marriage. Attending yoga and meditation classes provided her the much-needed mental health support and led her on a six-year yoga journey. Inspired by her own transformation, she decided to become a yoga teacher and began running weekly classes from her home, parks, and studios.
At The Mothers Recharge, yoginis can choose from a variety of offerings, including moonlight yoga classes held under the stars, vinyasa-style yoga classes followed by silent and still meditation, and Mother's Yoga Tribe classes.
