To find The Mill Studios, visitors can follow Halliwell Road and turn onto Wapping Street. At the end of Wapping Street, they will see the big mill directly in front of them, where the studio is located. The studio is situated on the left-hand side of the mill, and visitors can park their vehicles on that side of the car park. The entrance to the studio is accessed by walking up the side road to the left of the mill, where a banner and stairs will lead them to the entrance.
Mats are provided at the studio for use in both the hot yoga studio and non-heated yoga and Pilates studio. However, for classes taught in the hot yoga studio, mats must be covered with a Hot Yoga towel, which can be purchased at reception. Those who prefer to have their own mat can also purchase one at the studio.
Class bookings can be made online for both the hot yoga studio and non-heated studio. Visitors can choose to purchase a Drop-In pass or use the 10 class or 20 class passes. Alternatively, walk-ins are also welcome and payment can be made at the desk. The studio has ample space to accommodate up to 30 mats, and if classes become crowded, more space will be provided.
The studio offers classes suitable for beginners to advanced practitioners. Each class is labelled with the appropriate level on the class descriptions page, which also provides information about the duration and what to expect from each style. The studio offers both mixed classes and women-only classes, and any classes specifically for women will be labelled as such on the booking system.
The Mill Studios welcomes students from all religious backgrounds and aims to create an inclusive environment. Each class description specifies if there are any religious references, marked as OM. Visitors can check the class descriptions for the hot yoga studio and non-heated yoga and Pilates studio to find out more.
In case of cancellation or rescheduling of classes booked online, the studio provides options for managing bookings through their system.
