Welcome to The Little Yoga House Belfast, a nurturing yoga, movement, and wellness studio located on the corner of Cregagh Road and Ardenlee Avenue in East Belfast. Situated approximately 2 miles from the city centre, this boutique studio offers a cosy and homely environment for women to practise yoga, movement, and self-care.
The studio features three rooms, including a studio, massage room, and therapy room, as well as a kitchen and restroom facilities. With generous on-street parking available, it is convenient and accessible for all visitors. Whether you are new to yoga, looking to enhance your practise, or seeking relaxation through reflexology and massage, The Little Yoga House has everything you need.
The studio offers a variety of group classes tailored to women's needs, including pregnancy yoga, mum and baby yoga, yoga for women (slow flow, hatha, and core), yoga for fertility, yoga for menopause, and hypnobirthing group classes. Clients have expressed their gratitude for the breathing techniques they learned during classes, which helped them during labour and delivery.
In addition to yoga classes, The Little Yoga House also features two wellness rooms, called The Cosy and The Snug, where a wide range of massage, reflexology, and wellness therapies are available. The team at The Little Yoga House is constantly expanding and adding new classes and services to the timetable, ensuring that clients have access to a diverse range of options.
The owner and founder of The Little Yoga House, Tara, is also known as Tara YogaBellies in the Belfast area. With nine years of experience in offering YogaBellies classes, Tara is grateful for the strong and supportive community that has grown in Belfast over the years. Tara is also a doula, hypnobirthing educator, and reflexologist, providing emotional and practical support to women throughout their pregnancy, birth, and motherhood journey.
