Welcome to Kindness Club, the hub in London that champions self-worth and confidence through yoga, primarily for children and young people. Dai, known as “The Kindness Yogi,” brings over 25 years of yoga practice and more than a decade of teaching experience to the forefront. Specialising in hatha and laughter yoga, Dai holds numerous qualifications, including children’s yoga, teen yoga, mindfulness for kids, and even yoga for children with additional needs.
At Kindness Club, laughter yoga isn't just a component—it's a cornerstone. Offering sessions for all age groups, including families and corporate teams, these classes aim to reduce stress, boost the immune system, and foster a positive mindset. The laughter yoga sessions are often conducted via Zoom and are designed to be accessible and affordable.
Dai also leads Teen Yoga programmes and is an official provider for the Duke of Edinburgh awards. These Zoom courses, available in 12-week, 6-month, and year-long formats, help participants build self-confidence and deepen their understanding of yoga philosophy. Each course, aligned with the bronze, silver, and gold D of E awards, includes a full assessment uploaded to participants' D of E accounts.
Most weekly classes are held in schools and nurseries, but Kindness Club also offers yoga sessions with friends, parties, garden yoga at Dai’s home, and one-on-one sessions. Details are available on their website or by direct contact.
Kindness Club’s mission is to nurture individuals into confident, self-assured adults through a unique fusion of yoga, laughter, and mindfulness. Join them and tap into your inner strength and self-love.
