Welcome to The Karate Dojo in Catterick Garrison, a renowned karate school instructed by Sensei Angela Cashmore 2nd Dan and Sensei Terry Cawood 2nd Dan. We are proud to offer high-quality Shotokan Karate training in Catterick Garrison, as well as in our other locations in Thirsk and Boroughbridge.

As members of the Byakko Shotokan Karate Association (BSKA), we provide progressive karate training focused on constant improvement and refinement. Our training is comparable to the best available in the UK, and we regularly hold courses featuring some of the world's top instructors for the benefit of our members.

At The Karate Dojo, we are passionate and committed to maintaining the highest standards of instruction. With the correct individual dedication, we aim to inspire our students to achieve the highest standards and understanding of Shotokan Karate. Our dedication to excellence has led us to become a member of the World Shotokan Federation (WSF), and we are registered with the British Martial Arts and Boxing Association (BMABA).
