We offer a variety of hot yoga classes to cater to different preferences and levels of experience. Our flagship class is The Original Hot Yoga, which consists of a fixed series of 26 postures and two breathing exercises. This series of postures works every joint, muscle, ligament, tendon, organ, system, and cell of the body, promoting optimum health and aiding in healing the body and mind.
If you're looking to mix things up, our Hot Chapel Flow class is a unique twist on the Original Hot Yoga. It incorporates our favourite 26+2 postures into a fun, dynamic, and accessible flow class. This class is heated to a comfortable temperature of 33–35 degrees.
For those who prefer a flow-based class, we offer Hot Vinyasa. This class involves a series of postures flowing seamlessly into one another, synchronised with the breath. It often includes seated meditation, sun salutations, dynamic movement, asana (posture) practise, and introductions to yoga philosophy. Hot Vinyasa is also heated to 33–35 degrees.
If you're seeking a more gentle and introspective practise, our Warm Yin class is perfect for you. It indulges in the slow, calm, and mindful practise of yin yoga, which involves passive, longer-held poses designed to release deep-held tension from the body and mind. This class reduces stress and anxiety, improves sleep, increases circulation, and enhances joint mobility. The room is gently heated to around 30 degrees, providing a comfortable environment for this soothing practise.
