Just a quick note from Keith, the organiser at The Heart of Yoga studios. You know Keith—always keen on bringing something good for everyone.
The Heart of Yoga studios is right in the centre of Royal Leamington Spa. It’s a pretty chilled spot where you can dive into a variety of yoga classes. Keith and the crew are all about helping you grow and develop at your own pace.
There’s something for everyone, no matter your level. Got a mate who's never tried yoga? Perfect! There's a New Beginners Course kicking off on 10th January. It's a great intro if you're just starting out.
But if you’re more into one-on-one sessions, they’ve got those too. Whether you need something tailored to fit your schedule, want to practise at home, or you’re dealing with a recovery, Keith has sorted it. You can get a bespoke session with an instructor, perfect for your needs, right in your living room or even at the office.
And keep an eye out for special events! They do all sorts of cool stuff like wellness sessions for Mother’s Day and group parties. Great for making some lovely memories with your loved ones.
Booking is a breeze—jump online or give the studio a call. Keith’s team is always ready to help. Just a heads up—sometimes emails may end up in your spam, so don’t forget to check there if you’re waiting for a reply.
You’ll find them on the 1st floor at 15 Dormer Place, Leamington Spa. It’s a central spot, so really easy to get to.
