She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education and has completed advanced training in Yoga Therapy and Pilates. Sarah's passion lies in helping individuals connect with their inner selves through movement, breath, and mindfulness practices.

Sheila Gallagher Paluzzi MSW, RSW, CRMP | Co-Founder of The Healing Loft 705. 941. 0647 Sheila is a Registered Social Worker, a Certified Reflexology Massage Practitioner, and has a Master of Social Work degree. She has over 15 years of experience working in the mental health field, supporting individuals in achieving their personal wellness goals.

Sheila's approach is grounded in empathy, compassion, and a deep understanding of the mind-body connection.
