Sarah Fratesi B. S. Ed, E-RYT500, PTS, CRMP | Co-Founder of The Healing Loft 705. 3371 Sarah is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500) with Yoga Alliance, a Personal Training Specialist, and a Certified Reflexologist and Mindfulness Practitioner.

She has a Bachelor of Science in Education and is currently pursuing her certification in Nutritional Consulting. Sarah's passion for health and wellness is evident in her holistic approach to teaching yoga and pilates, focusing on alignment, breathwork, and mindfulness practices. With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, Sarah is dedicated to helping others achieve physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.

Sheila Gallagher Paluzzi MSW, RSW, CRMP | Co-Founder of The Healing Loft 705. 0647 Sheila is a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Social Work degree, specializing in mental health and wellness. She is also a Certified Reflexology Practitioner and Mindfulness Practitioner. Sheila's background in social work and psychology, combined with her training in reflexology and mindfulness, allows her to take a holistic approach to healing and wellness.

With a focus on stress reduction, emotional regulation, and self-care, Sheila brings a unique perspective to The Healing Loft.
