Designed to provide a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, this intimate studio offers small group classes with a maximum of four students, ensuring personalised attention and guidance from the experienced instructor, Mara.
With nearly 10 years of teaching experience, Mara is a highly skilled and knowledgeable yoga teacher. Her teaching style is patient, encouraging, and clear, making her classes accessible to yoga students of all levels. Whether you're a complete novice or an experienced yogi, Mara's classes are tailored to suit your individual needs and abilities.
The Haven offers a full timetable of classes, both in-person and online. All classes are 60 minutes in duration unless otherwise stated. On Mondays, you can join the in-person classes at The Haven at 10 am and 12:30 pm, suitable for all levels. If you prefer an online class, there is one at 6:15 pm specifically designed for intermediate students.
Additionally, there is an evening class at 7:30 pm at The Haven, catered to intermediate level practitioners.
Tuesdays at 6:30 pm are reserved for beginners, offering a gentle introduction to yoga. On Wednesdays, there is an all-levels class at 6:30 pm, providing a well-rounded practise for students of varying abilities. Thursdays have two classes on offer, with an all-levels class at 6 pm and an intermediate class at 7:30 pm. Fridays start bright and early with a 45-minute online class at 8 am, suitable for all levels.
Additionally, there is a 75-minute intermediate class at 10 am at The Haven. Finally, on Saturdays, you can join a special masterclass to deepen your practise and explore new yoga techniques.
