We offer Yoga for Adults and Yoga for Children, with adult options including Yoga Flow, Vinyasa, Hatha, Warm Yoga Flow, and Beginners Yoga. For children, we run games-based yoga sessions.

Where do you train and how do classes work?

We’re a yoga studio in Charlesland, Greystones, and you can book a class when you are ready to join the session. We provide separate offerings for adults and for children.
