Located in the heart of Toronto, The Garden is a serene and welcoming yoga studio dedicated to providing a space for spiritual growth and inner peace. Our mission is to offer practices, disciplines, and experiences that help individuals connect with their higher selves and deepen their relationship with spirit.

At The Garden, we offer a variety of classes and workshops including Kundalini Yoga, Meditation Circles, and Gong Rituals, designed to help our members expand their capacity for spiritual connection and self-awareness. Our experienced teachers and facilitators create a supportive and nurturing environment for students of all levels to explore and grow on their spiritual journey.

In addition to our regular classes, we also offer Wisdom Tree Advanced Studies in Applied Spiritual Sciences, a three-month immersive program that provides a deeper experience of peace practices and teachings at a membership price. This program allows members to fully immerse themselves in the teachings and practices offered at The Garden.

The Garden follows the natural cycle of the seasons, offering special events and activities aligned with the solstices and equinoxes. This rhythm of life allows our community to recommit and reattune to the energy of each season, helping us to align our spiritual evolution with the natural world around us.
