Our gym is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including bank holidays, ensuring convenience and flexibility for our members.
Our state-of-the-art facilities include a fully equipped gym with a wide range of cardio, strength, and resistance machines. We also have a selection of free weights available, enabling a comprehensive full body workout. Additionally, we offer a diverse range of group fitness classes for all ages and abilities. Our class timetable may vary periodically to cater to demand, popularity, and diversity, but we always provide prior notice.
Some exciting group fitness classes we offer include Steps, Spinergy indoor cycling, Mat and Swiss ball Pilates, Yoga, Kettlestrength, Powermax, Bounce and Burn, and many more. As we have limited places, we operate an online booking and payment system for both our classes and gym fees. All terms and conditions can be found on our website.
In addition to our gym and group fitness classes, The Fitness Studio is dedicated to providing a range of specialised services to meet our clients' needs. These services include general fitness coaching, weight management, nutritional diet and lifestyle advice, specialised fitness clinics, pregnancy classes, and support for menopausal women. We also offer personal training sessions, fitness and nutritional clinics, gym inductions, talks on relevant topics, Styku body scanning, and massage and acupuncture.
