Start with a free trial session, then choose from packages, classes, or personal training. You can also use the member login for access once you join.

No interest in the clients' results. This led him to open The Fitness Academy in Athboy in 2016, where he could focus on coaching, educating, and empowering members to reach their fitness goals. Gavin specialises in strength training and conditioning, with a focus on correct technique to prevent injury.

Ashling Smith Ashling has always been passionate about health and fitness, leading her to study Exercise Science at the University of Limerick. She has experience working in various gyms and brings her knowledge of nutrition and exercise programming to The Fitness Academy. Ashling is dedicated to helping members improve their flexibility, strength, and conditioning in a fun and supportive environment.
