

Welcome to The Edinburgh Yoga Club, a well-established yoga studio located in the heart of Edinburgh. Founded in September 1970, the club has been dedicated to teaching Hatha Yoga and promoting health and well-being through physical exercise.
Hatha yoga is a traditional form of yoga that focuses on asanas (yoga poses), breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques. The regular practise of these exercises keeps the body supple and healthy, while also having a profound effect on the circulation and the functioning of the internal organs, glands, and nerves. Many common ailments can be improved through the regular practise of yoga, making it a beneficial activity for individuals of all ages.
At The Edinburgh Yoga Club, classes are led by experienced and certified instructors who are passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga with their students. The club offers a range of classes suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Whether you are new to yoga or have been practising for years, you will find a class that suits your needs and abilities.
For the convenience of our students, daytime classes are held weekdays in Room G25 at St Margarets House, while evening classes are currently being held online. The club welcomes new students at any time, so you can join us whenever you are ready to start your yoga journey.
Class fees at The Edinburgh Yoga Club are affordable and offer great value for money. A term of 8 weeks of classes costs 72, and each class lasts for one and a quarter hours. For those who wish to attend two classes per week, a discounted fee of 115 is available. Fees are payable in advance and non-refundable.
If you miss a class, arrangements can be made to make it up within the current term. Payment for classes can be made by cheque, cash, or online, and further details can be provided upon request.
