Prana House is excited to announce its upcoming event, 'The Science & Practice of Pranayama & Conscious Breathing.' Led by the experienced Paul, this 6-week teacher training course delves into the transformative power of breathing techniques. With a background in Yoga, Medicine, and Naturopathy, Paul brings over 30 years of knowledge to the table.

Participants of this course will have the opportunity to explore over 20 different pranayama practices, ranging from ancient Yoga traditions to modern Conscious breathing techniques. Each weekly session, lasting 1 hour and 45 minutes, will include a Powerpoint video providing scientific insights into the practices.

Through this course, students can expect to gain better control over their diaphragm and core breathing muscles, leading to improved emotional balance, reduced stress, enhanced immunity, increased energy, pain reduction, improved pelvic health, and optimised meditation. The course will also cover the scientific basis and traditional guidelines surrounding these practices.

To fully benefit from the course, participants are required to engage in a short daily breathing practice at home and attend all classes, as each session builds upon the previous one. Commencing on April 10th and concluding on May 15th, 2024, interested individuals can secure their spot by making a booking through the Prana House website.
