With over two decades of experience as a fighter and coach, Andy has trained some of the best in the business, including UFC fighter Callan Potter and Eternal MMA Featherweight Champion Jack Jenkins. Opening The Ring Gym in May 2016, Andy has dedicated himself to meeting the growing demand for high-quality Muay Thai training.
Joining Andy on the coaching staff is the incredible Michelle “The Muscle” Russell. With a degree in exercise science and over 8 years of experience in Muay Thai, Michelle is not only a professional fighter herself, but also an expert in injury prevention and strength training. If you have any questions about injuries or lifting techniques, Michelle is the go-to person.
We're also proud to have Indigo Boyd as a coach at The Ring Gym. With 10 years of professional fighting experience in Muay Thai, boxing, and kickboxing, Indigo knows his stuff. He has fought internationally and has won several championships, making him a true force to be reckoned with. Indigo loves helping beginners learn the basics and the fun of sparring, and he sees martial arts as a tool for personal growth.
