The Postnatal Coach

The Postnatal Coach provides postnatal exercise and support in Castleconnell, Limerick, for mothers at any stage after having a baby, from 11 weeks to 11 years postnatal. The programme is designed to help women ease back into exercise safely, rebuild abdominal and pelvic strength, and release tension in tight, sore muscles. Classes also focus on mental strength and confidence, with guidance on nutrition, plus time to connect with other moms and babies in a calm setting.
