Our instructors present the classes in a clear and easy-to-follow manner, offering verbal and/or visual cues to guide you deeper into your physical and mental practice. Don't worry about needing a yoga language book – feel free to ask questions at any point!

- Slow Yoga: Seeking a balance of movement and stillness? Our Slow Yoga class is perfect for you. It begins with gentle movements and deep meditative Yin postures to release tension, then ends with a longer savasana for deep relaxation. Suitable for all levels.
- Beginners Yoga: If you're new to yoga, our Beginners Yoga class is designed to explore traditional poses while focusing on technique, safety, breath, and mindfulness. It provides an excellent foundation for starting your yoga journey.
- Feminine Yoga: Ladies, this class is dedicated to you. We incorporate feminine qualities such as gentleness, poise, receptivity, sensuality, and compassion. This session can include gentle stretching, sound bowls, guided imagery, and yoga nidra to help achieve mental clarity and emotional calm. Yoga mats, blankets, and props are provided.
