The Center for Yoga of Seattle teaches Iyengar yoga through progressive, structured class programs in Seattle. Students can join beginner-friendly fundamentals courses, multi-level evening and early morning programs, and slower or special needs classes. The studio also runs pranayama (breathwork) courses and 4-day-a-week 4-week immersion formats, with early morning courses available in-studio or live online. Beginners are welcome to start with an immersion or fundamentals, with guidance if injuries are involved.
