The Balance Room

The Balance Room in Yeppoon is a Pilates studio focused on mindful movement and smarter training. You can join reformer Pilates classes using specialised reformer machines, or take Flex & Flow - Yin for gentle, long-held stretching and relaxation. For beginners, Reformer Flow helps build technique around breath control, alignment and core activation. The studio also offers private 1:1 and duo sessions for personalised guidance. A 14-day unlimited intro pass is available for new clients.
