Thankful Flow Yoga, located in Peacehaven, is a yoga studio directed by Elly Geary. New class recordings are added monthly, and live online retreats are held throughout the year, with recordings added to the membership for further accessibility.
Beyond regular classes, Thankful Flow Yoga organises half-day Restore & Connect Online Yoga Retreats every three months via Zoom. These retreats, included with the membership, focus on chakra-themed yoga, meditation, breathwork, and journaling.
