During your first meeting with Marcia, she will conduct a consultation to truly understand your requirements and perform a health check. The session includes 30 minutes of Thai Yoga Massage, but longer sessions can be scheduled if needed.
Traditional Thai Yoga Massage uses an energy line system called the Ten Sen lines, and it is often referred to as 'passive yoga'. This massage technique helps restructure your musculo-skeletal framework and balances your body's energy (Sen).
The massage is performed on a mat on the floor and incorporates yoga-style positions, acupressure and reflexology points, gentle rocking, deep stretching, and compression. Marcia applies pressure using her hands, feet, and elbows to release blocked energy and promote the body's healing potential.
Thai Yoga Massage offers numerous benefits, including deep relaxation, stress relief, increased vitality, energy balance and harmony, improved flexibility, postural alignment, circulation, and organ function, pain relief, body awareness, reduced muscle soreness and fatigue, and enhanced athletic performance.
