Led by the expert instructor Tessa Adams, who is qualified in Exercise to Music and has been teaching fitness classes for over 15 years, our studio offers a range of classes and activities to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
Whether you're looking to improve your dance skills, get in shape, or simply have fun, Tessa's Dance and Fitness has something for everyone. Our classes are suitable for all ages and abilities, so whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced dancer, you'll feel right at home in our studio.
In addition to our regular classes, we also offer special events and parties, including kids' birthdays and hen parties. Book your party with us and let us take care of the entertainment while you and your guests have a blast and get into shape at the same time.
Our class schedule runs during term times, with classes held at our Fenstanton location on Tuesdays and Thursdays. On Tuesdays, join us for Supple Strength at 7:30pm, a class that combines elements of pilates and strength training to improve flexibility and build core strength. On Thursdays, experience the excitement of dance aerobics with Salsa at 7:30pm, a high-energy class that combines aerobic exercise with the vibrant rhythms of salsa music.
For those who prefer a more flexible schedule, we also offer an online option. For just 10 a month, you can access our library of recorded routines and participate in our classes at any time that suits you. It's the perfect solution for those with busy lifestyles or who live outside the Huntingdon area.
To make the most of your experience at Tessa's Dance and Fitness, we offer a variety of payment options. You can drop in to a single class for 6, or purchase a five-class pass for 25 or a ten-class ticket for 50. If you regularly attend our classes, our subscription options provide great value. Choose our Silver membership for one weekly term time Fenstanton class plus online access, or upgrade to our Gold membership for two weekly classes plus online access.
We also reward our loyal customers. Purchase a ten-class ticket and save 10, or attend ten consecutive classes and receive one class for free. It's our way of saying thank you for your commitment and dedication.
