Are you the owner of Temple Knights Kung Fu & Tai?
And Qi Gong for over 20 years. She is a student of Sigung John Peel and has also trained in Hungar, Wing Chun, Sword and Ninjutsu. Sifu Valerie is passionate about helping others discover the benefits of martial arts training, including improved physical fitness, mental focus, self-discipline, confidence, and stress relief. She is dedicated to providing a supportive and encouraging environment for students of all ages and skill levels to learn and grow.
Temple Knights Kung Fu & Tai Chi offers a variety of classes for children, teens and adults, including traditional Kung Fu forms, Tai Chi Chuan, Chi Kung, self-defence techniques, sparring, weapons training and meditation. In addition to regular classes, the school hosts seminars, workshops, camps and special events throughout the year to deepen students' understanding and practice of martial arts. Students have the opportunity to participate in belt testing, competitions and demonstrations to showcase their skills and progress.
