The warm, loving touch of her hands during massages left a lasting impact on the creator. Although her grandmother passed away when she was young, the creator feels her presence continuously.

They work in the Heart Space, which serves as a bridge between the Etheric and the Earthly aspects of the self. Their practises are influenced by Kundalini Yoga, Sound Therapy, Meditative Practises, and Ceremonial Cacao. The Yoga & Gong Therapy Class, offered for just $20, combines the power of yoga and the healing vibrations of gong therapy. Sound Therapy sessions, priced at $70, incorporate the healing qualities of sound to promote relaxation and balance.
