With a Bachelor of Health Science in Clinical Myotherapy, Level 1+2 Strength and Conditioning certificate, and Certificate 3+4 in Fitness, Thomas brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his practise. He has over four years of experience working with the Carlton Football Club and five years in a clinical environment at Beyond Osteopathy. During his career, he has worked with athletes in various sports, including football, running, and swimming. He has also developed techniques for treating injuries that arise from everyday desk jobs and has expertise in pre and postnatal treatment, as well as ergonomic assessment.

Thomas specialises in deep tissue massage, dry needling, and joint mobility. He has a passion for health, rehabilitation, and fitness, and has participated in fun runs and completed his first marathon in July 2010. With a keen eye for treatments, remedies, and programmes, he helps individuals improve their fitness, lead healthier lives, and recover from injuries or illnesses.

In addition to his myotherapy services, Thomas is a qualified and experienced personal trainer. He offers daily boot camp sessions and one-on-one physical rehabilitation sessions, guiding clients toward a more holistic view of health and well-being.

Sessions are available at various times throughout the week, including Monday to Friday from 6am to 7pm and Saturday from 7:30am to 12pm. For added convenience, Thomas also offers mobile myotherapy and physical rehabilitation services, where he can come to your home or office.

Each session with Thomas typically lasts around 45 minutes and costs $90. These sessions are fully claimable through private health insurance, and upon completion, Thomas can provide an invoice for the service.
