Skill level at Tavria School of Ukrainian Dance. Our Sadochok classes on Monday and Wednesday are specifically designed for children aged 3 to 5 to introduce them to the world of Ukrainian dance in a fun and engaging way. Beginners 1 and 2 classes are perfect for those just starting out, while our Junior, Intermediate, and Tavrianka classes cater to dancers looking to further develop their skills and technique. Our Academy classes on Monday and Tuesday are designed for our most advanced dancers who are ready to take their dance abilities to the next level.
At Tavria, we believe that Ukrainian dance is for everyone, which is why we offer an adult class on Thursday nights for individuals looking to explore Ukrainian dance at any age. Whether you are a beginner or have previous experience, our instructors will help find the right level for you to join in on the fun.
Enrolling at Tavria School of Ukrainian Dance is made even more accessible through our optional fee subsidy program and fundraising opportunities to help reduce costs. We want all dancers to have the chance to experience the joy and cultural significance of Ukrainian dance without financial limitations.
We take pride in our strong performance history and our annual Dance Festival that brings together dancers from across Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Alberta. Our dancers have the opportunity to showcase their talent at various events and festivals, and as they progress, they may even have the chance to travel worldwide to share their passion for Ukrainian dance.
