Our mission at Regina Jiu Jitsu Team is to provide world-class jiu-jitsu instruction in a fun and focused environment. Whether you are serious about reaching your potential or trying jiu-jitsu for the first time, our programs cater to all. Our members come from all walks of life, ranging in age from 4 to 70.

For beginners, we have pioneered a 5-Week Beginner Course that comes with a guarantee to learn as much in 5 weeks as others do in 5 months. We understand that starting jiu-jitsu as a complete beginner can be intimidating, and our program is designed to ease you into the art form.

For kids aged 4-16, we offer an Anti Bullying Program that teaches self-defence and builds confidence in a fun and goal-driven environment. Our aim is to help kids grow in confidence and carry themselves with pride, while also having the ability to avoid conflict altogether.

Our team of coaches is led by John Nicolichuk, a 1st Degree Black Belt, and Jason Gagnon, a 2nd Degree Black Belt. Both have extensive experience in Jiu-Jitsu and are passionate about teaching and mentoring students of all ages. John has a reputation for excellence in technique and is particularly gifted in working with children, while Jason is a high-level athlete with numerous titles under his belt.
